Is there anything better than a warm scone fresh from the oven? We don't think so and neither will you once you try our cranberry scone mix! Using only fresh ingredients, our chefs have measured out the perfect amount of ingredients! You will make an unbelievably delicious batch of homemade scones! We have also included our very own Willabay dried cranberries or "crannies" as we like to call them. Our cranberries are moist and flavorful, with just the right amount of tartness. The result is a moist scone that is sure to hit the spot!
To make: Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, stir mix to combine with 3/4 cup milk. Knead dough on lightly floured board. Roll out and divide dough. Cut into wedges and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Let rest 5-10 minutes. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
